Here's how it works:

PER KICK PLEDGES
To make a tax-deductible pledge, fill in your per-kick amount below. For example, if you pledge $10 per kick and Nate kicks 10 field goals and Mike has 10 punts inside the 20 yard line this season, you'll receive a pledge statement of $200 at the end of the season. (FYI - Nate kicked 24 field goals in 2007.)
